As a realtor, it’s important to stay up to date on navigating our market. I am a part of a brokerage that is outstanding in providing training and support, have learned from some of the highest producers in the area, and have taken a number of continued education courses through the years. And yet, this PSA certification course was one of the most beneficial courses of all the training I have received to date.
Perhaps because this market is even now changing. We went from an intense sellers market, to gradually become a more balanced market, and even though Baldwin county is considered one of the fastest growing metro areas in the US this year, there are even now pockets of our market that have become a buyers market.
I love how thorough this course was in explaining the absorption rate and understanding when it actually is a sellers or buyers market or is in fact balanced, and then how to price a home well based on a thorough understanding of the current market. I have observed how each pocket of the market is truly unique, and that while our county may be balanced as a market overall, there can be pockets that are more buyers or sellers markets. I enjoyed the break-down on the different approaches to finding a price for a home.
This PSA training was an outstanding course to take while our market is even now changing on a regular basis. I highly recommend this training to any realtor looking to understand our current market, how to up their game as a realtor, and how to become a better listing agent for sellers that are looking to sell.
