I am Ruthie. I love this beautiful area I live in, and after working in this area as a realtor for several years, passionately believe we attract the best kind of folks to our area. Whether I am walking on the beach and listening to the waves, following a great sunset, or enjoying one of the walking trails in the area, I love the outdoors. So much of the year is beautiful weather in this area, but I do admit to having a close relationship with the AC in the summer months. I love to learn about a variety of different subjects and enjoy discussing a number of different topics at any given time.
My husband Travis, my four amazing children and God are the highlights of my life. Our children are either attending college or have graduated college, and are moving on to exciting new seasons of life with the exception of our youngest, who is a sweet autistic young lady still attending high school. Even though she is primarily nonverbal, she is a joy in our family and in our life.
I love what I do as a realtor, because I get to help folks sell their beautiful homes or investment properties and find new properties to fit their needs best. I love to insure each property I list gets extra attention through various aspects of marketing, whether it’s on social media or videos I create to highlight the unique characteristics of each unique home. I enjoy working to price the home well, as well as negotiating a great deal for my clients, so at the end of the day, they can walk away knowing they received the top value for their home and had a good experience throughout the process.
